Inspiration Ministries
Series: Past Sermons
You have been called to be apart of the transforming of lives through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Every sinner and saint needs to be set free with this Good News. And God has called us to extend some “unfamiliar grace” and then step back and see what He will do. Inspiration Ministries joined this morning and Andrew Foster, Founder & Director, shared a message of hope and freedom. Confessions of a Minister: Sometimes I Don’t Like People
    Series: Past Sermons
“As we continue in this sermon series, Confessions of a Minster, we come to today’s confession, Sometimes I Don’t Like People. Sometimes, people are just difficult to live with. They do such stupid things that cause us to be irritated, frustrated, and make us just not like them. Such as, why do some people insist on going past first few slices in a loaf of bread and grab the third or fourth one in? Why do people leave half a swallow in the milk jug? Why do people park in two spaces at once? Besides all the foolish things people do in general there are the church people. Christians can be judgmental and unforgiving. Christians can be condescending. Christians can be arrogant and selfish. Christians can be just plain weird. But worst of all some Christians can be hypocritical. Which led me to ask, “Did Jesus sometimes not like people?” WHAT? Were there times when Jesus thought, “I don’t like you”?” Check out this confession of Donny’s and see what God reveals. #stjoecofc #ComeAndSee #BeIntentionalin2020 #ConfessionsOfAMinister #SometimesIDontLikePeople

Confessions of a Minister: Sometimes I Feel Inadequate
    Series: Past Sermons
“Moses protested to God that he could not communicate well. Gideon hid in a wine press. Saul hid among the suitcases and baggage from those who were to make him king. Solomon humbly prayed for wisdom because he recognized the enormity of the task. Peter, in anguish on the beach with Jesus could not bring himself to say use the agape word. Saul cried out that he was the chief of all sinners. And sometimes I feel inadequate to the calling God has for me. However…” In today’s message, Confessions of a Minister, we hear how Donny addresses his feelings of inadequacy and how we ourselves can hear God’s calling and answer it. #stjoecofc #ComeAndSee #BeIntentionalin2020 #ConfessionsOfAMinister #SometimesIFeelInadequate

Asking For A Friend: What makes the Bible different?
    Series: Past Sermons

Today we began a new series, Asking For A Friend: Finding Answers To Tough Questions. And we begin with the foundation, the truth, the source. The Bible. What makes this book different than any other book written since the history of time? What gives this book the authority it has to change peoples lives and correct the wrongs? Isn’t it just another book? If we are going to answer life’s toughest questions, shouldn’t we state the authenticated source of those answers? Check out this message of Asking For A Friend: What makes the Bible different?
