    Real Life: Sexual Purity
    Series: Past Sermons
Sex. Can we even talk about such a topic in the church? Did you know that 90% of kids, ages 8 to 16, (9 out of 10 kids) are already viewing some form of pornography? 1 out of 2 (50%) of "Christian" men are not just viewing porn but are addicted to it. And the statistics for women are not much different. 30% and rising! This is out of control! So not only should the church be addressing this topic but it is vital we that we do. God's word warns us of such dangers and tells us how to battle this destructiveness. Check out this message of Real Life: Sexual Purity. #stjoecofc #ComeAndSee #intentional #reallife #sexualpurity

    Real Life: Illness
    Series: Past Sermons
Why God? Why must she suffer? What did I do to deserve this illness? When will my healing come? Why do some suffer sickness, chronic illnesses, or terminal diagnoses and others are never touch by it? Does God choose to punish some and reward others? So many questions, but what are the biblical answers? Check out this message about Real Life with Illness. #stjoecofc #ComeAndSee #intentional #reallife #illness

    Real Life: Worry
    Series: Past Sermons
The word WORRY in Greek means to choke or to strangle. In Matthew chapter 6, Jesus asks "Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?" We know the answer is no, but HOW? In a world where there is so much sickness, death, destruction, and just plain evil, how do we not worry? Check out this message on Worry and Anxiety and how to combat it. #stjoecofc #ComeAndSee #intentional #reallife #worry #anxiety

    Real Life: Depression & Anxiety
    Series: Past Sermons
It's more than sadness. It's more than the blues. Depression is a result of a broken and sinful world. It did not exist in the perfect garden God created. It is in scripture. Did you know that Godly people from the Bible suffered with deep depression and anxiety? What did they do? What do we do? Thinking "happy" thoughts is like asking a diabetic to just produce more insulin. Sometimes, many times, we need help. Check out this message on Depression and ways to get that help. #stjoecofc #ComeAndSee #intentional #reallife #depression #anxiety

    The Church In 2020…
    Series: Past Sermons
It is a new year. A new decade. Over the last three years we have had a main focus for the year. In 2017 we unveiled a new logo and mission statement, Connect, Grow, and Serve, with the Just Come & See map point logo. In 2018 the leadership wanted to focus on Discipleship and what it means to be and to train disciples. Then in 2019 we felt lead to Authentic, to live real, true, genuine lives, as Christ lived. Now in 2020 we have a new focus. This focus is not replacing all that we have learned and grown from the previous years, but will add to it. Check it out. #stjoecofc #ComeAndSee #thechurchin2020
